Assistant Adult Sailing Instructor (Worcester)
Looking for an enthusiastic sailor to work with adult beginner sailors under the guidance of our Adult Sailing Director. Evenings only. Formal sailing education a plus. Small boat experience. Movement to an adult sailing instructor is the goal. Love for sailing and the desire to share it with others is a must.
Season: April - October
Assistant Rowing Coach/Youth Team (Worcester)
Assist Director Of Rowing with ongoing management of after-school competitive youth crew team. Ideal candidates will bring an infectious passion for the sport to help develop well-rounded athletes.
Season: Spring Season, March - May
Assistant Rowing Coach/Youth Summer Clinics (Worcester)
Seeking an experienced rower to run the weekly summer rowing clinics including Learn to Row sessions up to Advanced. M-F mornings from 8:30-12:30. Experience working with young athletes a plus.

Summer Camp Counselor (Worcester & Hopkinton )
Looking for counselors to work with our youth camps to bring love and a passion of boating to future sailors.

Seeking friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Dock Staff. This is an ideal summer job for anyone who enjoys being outdoors, has limited boating experience, and is excited to learn more.

Shift Supervisors (Worcester & Hopkinton )
Looking for responsible and organized Shift Supervisors to join our boat rental team. Shift Supervisors oversee all boat rental operations during shifts. This is an excellent position for someone interested in gaining leadership experience and working with customers in an outdoor setting.
