Access Passes

An Access Pass is a single flat fee that covers all your kayak, tandem kayak, SUP and Lessons at all three locations. The seasonal fee for an Access Pass will allow you to come down any time during the rental hours and take out a boat. Friends are always welcome in your boat at no additional cost.  But sometimes friends want their own boat and it's only $10 for them when you have an Access Pass. Boat Rental Rates:

There is a one-hour minimum for all rentals, but if you’re having too much fun and don’t want to come off the water when your hour is up, you can rent in 15 minute blocks (pro-rated when you come ashore).

SUP Yoga at Lake Quinsigamond

Cindy Boulter, BSc., ERYT 500, ACE , SUP Yoga, WPA

Cindy is committed to being a life-long student of yoga and is a seeker of knowledge with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry as an instructor and international presenter, and over 15 years experience teaching yoga and training yoga teachers. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, and has studied extensively with numerous teachers, completing over 1500 hours of training. Her love of being outside and on the water led to her most recent training in Paddle Board Yoga from Paddle into Fitness in San Diego CA.

Balance the Mind and the body as we take our Yoga practice on the water! You will gain more strength, control and balance as we flow through a series of postures linking breath and movement with the beauty of being outdoors in Nature. Class includes a land lesson on paddleboard safety and technique. Suitable for all Levels

Basic Recreational Kayak Lesson: 1 hour

Start with the very basics! Our one-hour lesson on calm water is designed for folks who have never been in a kayak before and would like a short lesson on the basics, as well as families with younger kids. This lesson is on a mellow stretch of water where there is lots to see an do! The lesson will launch and return to our on-water property.

 

Lesson will cover:

Introduction to kayaks and basic equipment

Entering, exiting, and maneuvering the boat

Basic paddle strokes

 

This makes a great family kayak lesson or youth group lesson with younger kids.

Introduction to Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP)

Introduction to SUP:

Start at the beginning with a SUP lesson.  In a supportive environment, you’ll learn the fundamentals of stand up paddle boarding and the essential water safety skills. We start with a dry-land introduction and quickly transfer to shallow water activities.  Plan to have fun all while learning.  You’ll quickly see why SUPping is a fast-growing sport.

    • starting and stopping

    • turning techniques
