Join us out on the water for a great workout for whole body strengthening, stretching and core fitness with Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga.  Release Well-Being Center and Regatta Point have teamed up to be the first to offer this in the Central, Massachusetts area.  We start out on the beach teaching you the paddle board techniques and then paddle to a calm area, anchor the boards and then move through an hour of yoga exercises on the boards and then return back to the beach. You’ll feel inspired and energized with this innovative workout on peaceful and calm waters.

Cindy Boulter from Release Well-Being Center is teaching the classes and brings humor

compassion and curiosity to her classes and has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry.  Her SUP Yoga classes are blend of smooth flowing movement with strength and stillness.  Cindy Boulter, BSc., ERYT 500, ACE, SUP Yoga, WPA
