Organization & Structure:

Regatta Point is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation that relies of its members and dedicated volunteers to support the organization. The organization is overseen by a Board of Directors, elected by our Club Members, Community Members, and Lifetime Members.  The Board’s primary functions are to approve an annual budget, set policies, advise management, serve as community liaison and to spearhead specific committees and fundraising efforts. Meetings are held on a regular basis and are open to the members and the public who wish to attend.

The meetings are open to the public and members.  They meet online and in person.

Joining the Corporation

All current members are part of the corporation.  You can consider becoming a community member of the corporation if you: are enthusiastic about RPCS, a regular participant in our activities, volunteer at RPCS or wish to contribute to our mission. Members of the corporation meet once annually to elect the Board of Directors and review the mission of Regatta Point.

 

Corporate Memberships:

Membership in the Corporation shall be open to all persons at least 18 years of age who are either a Club Member, Community Member or Lifetime Member. Club Members are individual who have paid for a full season Memberships.  Community Member are individuals who have made a personal or financial commitment to RPCS during the prior Corporate Members Year.  Lifetime Members are individuals who have made significant personal or financial contribution to RPCS, are nominated by the Board of Directions, and selected by the Corporate Membership.
