The RPCS Junior Program is the flagship of our organization. Junior Members are experienced sailors, many of whom learned in our camp program! Junior Membership comes with both privileges and responsibilities. Junior members enjoy a wide variety of instructional seminars and are able to sail at any time during program hours. Junior members are expected to help keep our facility neat and clean, and may be asked to help with minor equipment repairs or to assist less experienced sailors. RPCS Junior Program operates according to the Corinthian Spirit, which states that they will conduct themselves with honor and integrity, both on and off the water. The RPCS Racing Team is selected from among the best sailors in the Junior Program, and all of our Instructions in Training (IIT) and most of our other staff came up through this program.
